If you are interested in our PVR Beef Box, they are avilable year-round.

If you want to order a Side or Split Side, they are only available starting in the spring (April) through to August! We do not want to disappoint you but due to our limited availability, orders need to be secured in advance so that we can better organize our inventory

For Sides and Split Sides - follow these instructions and use this online order form!

For All Other Orders- use this order form!

How do I Pay?

We accept:

Cash,

Personal Cheques

And the following Credit Cards:

Deposit

We require a deposit in order to process your order of:

For sides and split sides of our Grain Finished Beef: 50% deposit and balance due upon delivery/pick up by credit card, known cheque or cash.

For our grass finished beef: 50% deposit at time of order (no later than May 1/09) 25% before they go to the butcher (Oct/09) and the balance at time of pick up/delivery. (Nov.09)

For boxes: Payment in full by Visa/Mc/Cash or personal cheque for deliveries or at time of pick-up

We will process your deposit in order to secure your order pick-up/delivery date

Balance Due

Your Balance is due on pick-up or delivery. We will process your balance due at that point. Where required, receipts will be mailed to you shortly thereafter. thereafter.

Paying By Credit Card

We will process your credit card with your authorization over the phone.

Paying By Cheque or Cash

When paying by cheque, make it payable to Peace Valley Ranch Ltd. You can date your deposit for the date four weeks ahead of your anticipated Order Ready date – for instance: if your order will be ready for the week of October 20th, date your deposit for September 20th.

We will make arrangements with those paying by Cash.

Then - What will happen?

We will confirm receipt of your orderform and review it for completeness

We will reserve your process date upon receipt of your deposit

We will process your order as requested

We will remind you by phone and/or email when your order will be ready as required.

We will make arrangements for Pick-up or Delivery.

We will inform you of what your final balance will be. Final Payment is due on the date your order is picked-up or delivered. (Again make cheques payable to Peace Valley Ranch Ltd.)
