Order Form Instructions

Click on the order form below then fill in:

  • All your Contact Information including full name, address, phone and email address.
  • In the Packaging Instructions Section, let us know what size of Roasts you need, how thick the steaks should be and how many steaks you want per package. As well, let us know what to do with your ground beef, stewing beef and the stir fry you might select.
  • In the Cutting Instructions section, let us know the cuts you want from the various primals. If you need help here, use our beef side while you complete your cutting instructions. Remember - some cuts are not available if other cuts are selected! If you are really stuck, please do not hesitate to email or call us to help you out!
  • The Notes section will allow you to supply us with other special instructions about your order. We will contact you if we have difficulty interpreting them or if we are unable to meet your needs.
  • For our SPLIT ORDER CUSTOMERS please use the Notes section to supply us with the name and address of the friend you are splitting the order with. Please include all their contact details so that we can keep them apprised of the order status too! If you want a SPLIT SIDE but don't have anyone to share it with, we may be able to help you out...just let us know your order is a SPLIT ORDER

NOTE: selecting the SUBMIT button on our order page will automatically send your order to us via EMAIL!!!. Before you submit the order form, make sure you print off a copy for your records. Some of our customers are having technical difficulties when they try to SUBMIT the order page. If you have any difficulties when using our forms, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly help you place your order!
For customers mailing or faxing their order form to us: Once you have completed your order print it out. Mail or FAX it to us!
