How to Pay

We have made our way (kicking and screaming) into the 21st century!

We now accept:

• VISA and MasterCard
• Cash
• Personal Cheques (made payable to Rawhide Adventures Inc.)

Deposit Required

We expect a 50% deposit in order to book your date followed by the balance on the day of your reservation.

If paying by creditcard, we will process your deposit payment over the phone

If paying by cheque, your cheque can be mailed to us. We will hold your date giving you first right of refusal should someone come along before your cheque arrives!

Once your deposit is processed, the reservation is yours!

Our Cancellation Policy

Sometimes weather wreaks havoc on all our best intentions; however please let us be the judge of what weather is bad!

The weather up here can be way better than what you are experiencing. We ride in most conditions (except snowstorms, torrential downpours and lightening!) and we will provide you with an outback coat if necessary.

If you really must cancel: Please call us and let us know 48 hours in advance of your booking otherwise you will lose your deposit!
